• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the original quoted price
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, products, or hair extensions not included in the base price

Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we may pursue legal action if necessary.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs, is the property of Maestyles or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Use our trademarks or branding without written authorization
• Remove or alter copyright notices or attributions

When you upload images or content to our platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to provide hairstyle recommendations and image classification. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are suggestions and may not be 100% accurate
• Final hairstyle selection should be discussed with your stylist
• We are not liable for dissatisfaction with AI-recommended styles
• Images you upload may be used to improve our AI algorithms (anonymized)
• Our AI chat assistant provides information but is not a substitute for professional consultation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maestyles disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maestyles, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your content or conduct on our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data, although some information may be retained for legal or business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@maestyles.com.

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@maestyles.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make changes, we will:

• Post the revised Terms on our platform
• Notify you via email for material changes (if you have an account)

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services and delete your account.
